Bayview / Hillcrest Village, Toronto (C15) detached homes nearly doubled as of June.

Toronto Real Estate Board reports:

Detached home sales in Bayview / Hillcrest Village (C15) nearly doubled as overall transactions increased by 39 per cent compared to June of last year.

An Average home in C15 spent only 15 days on the market before being sold in the month of June!

The Average "Detached Home" sale price in June hit $634,915.00

Overall the "Central" district of Toronto average price hit $513,491, (combining detached, condo, townhomes) and spent on average 23 days on the market.   Average list to sale ratio 100%!
