The Toronto market is doing well and will continue doing so ,however there may be a downward adjustment of no more than 5% over the next year ( when and if this happens it usually affects the higher end properties ), certainly not entry level .

Toronto real estate board statistics show a steady increase of between 2.5 % - 5% since the 1950s for the exception of 1989 & 1990 (crashed in 90 ).People learned a lot in 1990...much more educated now - when the rates on property & cars goes to high people simply stop buying resulting in the rates coming back down.
